Returning an item or items you have purchased through our website
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase and that is OK, it’s called a cooling-off period and entitles you to return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it.  Here is what to do:
Let us know by contacting us by email: hello@woodsandbyrne.ie or write to us at Woods & Byrne, 133 Castle Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin D03 YX43, Ireland. Please include your name, address, order number and details of your order.
Please retain proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Return your item in perfect condition i.e. we can only accept unused and saleable items for return or exchange.
You are required to organise and pay for the return of the item.

The cooling-off period does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.

How we will refund you
We will refund you the price you paid for the item/items including delivery costs by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as follows:
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.
The maximum refund for delivery will be the cost of delivery at the standard rate only. If you received Free Shipping with your order, no delivery costs will be refunded.  Once your return has been processed and approved, a replacement or refund of the cost of the item will be issued to the account used to make the purchase.

Returning an item that is damaged or faulty
We are sorry that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. Please let us know immediately by email: hello@woodsandbyrne.ie and we will rectify this as soon as possible. Please include a photo clearly showing the damage or fault.

We will refund the cost of returning the item to us when it is damaged or broken.

Returning an item purchased in one of our retail partners store or online service
If you purchase one of our products from one of our retail partners store you will need to return your item directly to the store it was purchased. If you purchased the item through their online store, please check their website for details of their returns policy.
